NON-REFUNDABLE
Deposits are non-refundable however if you decide you no longer want to add-on balloons (and cancel your order no less than 1 week prior to your party) the deposit will be applied to your outstanding party balance. If you cancel your order less than 1 week before your party, the deposit is non-refunable and will not be applied to your outstanding party balance.
